Position Summary We are searching for an Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant to assist customers with parking-related inquiries and support on-site operations in Atlanta. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people and working in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with parking questions and general support. Provide directions and information about parking services. Handle basic customer concerns in a professional manner. Support on-site staff with communication and coordination. Document customer interactions and issues when needed. Qualifications Minimum requirements High school diploma or GED required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
