Job Type : Full Time Location : Uniondale, New York Job Description What you will be doing: Join a growing litigation team at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. Work on complex litigation matters including contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenant enforcement, employment, construction and real estate disputes, antitrust or unfair business practices, insurance coverage and defense, securities claims, Article 78 proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution. Draft pleadings and motions, conduct legal research, attend court appearances, and conduct and defend depositions. Experience you will need: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Admission to the New York State bar. 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation. Experience in drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, attending court appearances, and conducting and defending depositions. Law Review or Moot Court experience preferred.
