As part of its continued growth, the firm is looking to expand its investment team in Munich, offering the opportunity to work on high-quality lower mid-market transactions across the DACH region and Europe. As part of its expansion, the firm is looking to strengthen its investment team in Munich. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative team, working alongside experienced investment professionals on attractive transactions across the DACH region and wider Europe. What the job involves Play an active role across the full investment lifecycle, including origination, evaluation, structuring, execution and portfolio management. Support the execution of investments across the DACH region and broader European markets. Build detailed financial models, perform commercial analysis and coordinate due diligence processes. Prepare investment committee materials, presentations and transaction documentation. Work closely with portfolio company management teams to support strategic and operational value creation initiatives. Collaborate with senior investment professionals on fundraising, investor relations and market research where appropriate. Who we are looking for Experience in private equity, growth equity, investment banking, transaction advisory or another relevant investment environment. Demonstrable transaction experience with strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities. Excellent commercial judgement and the ability to analyse complex investment opportunities. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Outstanding academic credentials from a leading university.
