유타에서 새롭게 오픈하는 순두부 한식 전문 레스토랑에서 주방장님을 모십니다.

이번 매장은 저희 브랜드의 첫번째 매장으로 시작합니다.

향후 미국을 기반으로 5-7년간 약30개 매장 규모의 프렌차이즈 사업을 계획하고 있으며,

장기적인 비전을 가지고 함께 성장해 나갈 유능하고, 성실한 주방장님을 찾고 있습니다.

저희 매장은 순두부,탕(찌개)요리을 전문으로 하는 한식당으로, 오픈전 필요한 모든 메뉴의 레스피와 조리방법을 체계적으로 전수해 드립니다.

주방장님께서는 직접 모든 레스피를 개발하실 필요없이, 전수받은 레스피에 따라 음식의 맛과 품질이 항상 동일하게 유지 될 수 있도록 관리해주시면 됩니다.

About the Company

Executive Chef Wanted for a New Korean Soft Tofu Restaurant in Utah

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a new Korean restaurant specializing in soft tofu soup in South Salt Lake, Utah.
This location will be the first restaurant under our new brand. Over the next five to seven years, we plan to develop the brand into a franchise with approximately 30 locations throughout the United States.
We are looking for a talented, dependable, and dedicated chef who shares our long-term vision and wants to grow with the company. Our restaurant specializes in Korean soft tofu soup, soups and stews. Before opening, we will provide organized, hands-on training for all menu recipes and cooking procedures.
The Executive Chef will not be required to develop every recipe independently. The primary responsibility will be to follow the established recipes and procedures and ensure that the taste, presentation, and quality of every dish remain consistently high.


Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Assign duties and manage kitchen workflow
- Supervise and lead kitchen employees
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
- Ensure that established recipes and cooking procedures are followed
- Maintain an organized, efficient, clean, and food-safe kitchen

Qualifications
- At least five years of professional experience in Korean cuisine
- Previous experience as the head chef of a restaurant measuring 6000 sqft or more is preferred
- Culinary competition awards or recognized achievements are preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility, dependability, and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Interested in long-term employment and growing with the company
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
-- Culinary certifications, professional awards, or competition experience
- Proficiency in other cuisines, such as Western or Chinese cuisine, in addition to Korean cuisine
