This dynamic role is responsible for managing rental accounts by delivering exceptional customer service, selling new products to our customers, driving account performance, completing deliveries and pickups, maintaining store standards, and conducting early‑stage collections. This role supports sales growth and account health by building strong customer relationships while adhering to the RAC mission statement and core values. Key Responsibilities Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships Conduct early‑stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards Maintain account health and secure payment commitments utilizing account management tools Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow‑ups Deliver white‑glove customer service in‑store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age Valid driver’s license with good driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise Ability to drive a box truck Standing and driving for extended periods of time Schedule & Work Environment Full‑time, Monday–Saturday Sundays off plus one weekday off Physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and standing Benefits Rapid growth and advancement opportunities Weekly pay Paid time off Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance Industry leading 401(k) with company match Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts Supplemental and voluntary insurance options Day in the Life of a Delivery Leader Service to Customers and Sales: Provide friendly, on‑time and the best customer experience through white‑glove deliveries with a heart of service. Complete rental agreements as required. Seek new business by telemarketing and distributing printed materials. Account Management: Review overdue accounts and communicate in person or by phone with customers to promote timely payments, collect on‑time payments, and meet daily/weekly collection goals. Complete assigned customer service calls on time. Deliveries & Pickups: Manage vehicles and their maintenance; follow company policies and practices regarding safe handling, and comply with local and state laws for safe vehicle operation. Provide excellent customer service on each delivery and make them on time. Merchandising: Maintain conditions for rentals, the store, vehicles, and products clean and organized, keeping in mind the golden rule of service to customers and teammates. While performing the tasks of this job, the employee is required to speak and listen regularly. This position requires significant activity and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying gear on the back, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must lift and/or move heavy objects and merchandise. Hours of Work Expected This is a full‑time position, and the hours/days are Monday to Saturday, from store opening to closing. Weekly hours and overtime may change during the year as directed by the Store Manager and business needs.
