As an early-stage technology company entering a significant growth phase, SAIN is building its sales organization alongside its expanding customer, partner, and channel network.

The Opportunity

SAIN Industries is seeking motivated Independent Sales Representatives to help build our growing customer base.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position and is commission-based. There is no guaranteed base salary at this stage.

We are intentionally looking for sales professionals who understand that structure and are attracted to the upside that comes with joining an emerging technology company early.

Representatives will have the opportunity to earn commissions on new business they generate, including recurring revenue opportunities where applicable.

Just as importantly, we are building the sales organization now.

High-performing early representatives will be considered first for expanded territories, key accounts, sales leadership, and other opportunities as SAIN scales.

This opportunity is best suited for someone who is entrepreneurial, comfortable creating opportunities rather than simply working assigned leads, and interested in helping build something from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers and strategic opportunities
• Develop relationships with decision-makers across commercial, government, defense, and regulated markets
• Conduct discovery conversations, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Understand customer challenges and position appropriate SAIN solutions
• Build and manage your sales pipeline from initial outreach through close
• Work directly with SAIN leadership on strategic opportunities
• Develop long-term customer relationships and identify expansion opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline information, and forecasts
• Provide market and customer feedback that helps shape SAIN's go-to-market strategy
• Represent SAIN professionally with customers, partners, and industry contacts

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in experienced sales professionals as well as highly motivated business-development professionals who have the network, drive, and ability to create opportunities.

Strong candidates may have:

• B2B, enterprise, technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, government, or defense sales experience
• Experience prospecting and developing business independently
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• The ability to communicate technical concepts in clear business terms
• Confidence engaging executives and senior decision-makers
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience selling into regulated industries or government environments
• Existing professional relationships or industry networks that can help open doors
• An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in an early-stage company

Knowledge of intelligent systems, cybersecurity, secure computing, or emerging technology is valuable, but we don't expect every candidate to arrive as a technical expert. We do expect curiosity and the willingness to learn.

Compensation & Growth

Employment Structure: 1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation: Commission-based

Earnings: Uncapped

Work Location: Remote

This position does not currently include a guaranteed base salary.

SAIN is building its sales organization as the company grows. Successful early representatives who demonstrate the ability to generate revenue, develop markets, and help build the organization will be positioned for consideration for expanded responsibilities and future leadership opportunities as the company scales.
