Location: Fort Worth, TX 76117

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00/7:30 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an HR Administrative Coordinator to provide hands-on support for day-to-day HR operations at a manufacturing facility, with a primary focus on onboarding and employee support. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to follow direction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations.
• Partner with staffing agencies to coordinate start dates and candidate flow.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and escalate issues to HR leadership as needed.
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence for both shop floor and office employees.
• Assist in communicating HR updates, reminders, and initiatives across the facility.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Support candidate communication and interview logistics.
• Assist with safety meetings and HR-related communications.
• Provide on-the-floor support, including document collection, message delivery, and follow-ups.
• Participate in disciplinary meetings as requested in an administrative support capacity.
• Support daily HR operations while maintaining accurate records and confidential information.

Position Requirements

• Job Order #: 14227
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of administrative or office experience preferred (HR experience is a plus).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment.
• Ability to follow direction and manage multiple priorities.
• 100% on-site position with regular interaction between the shop floor and office.
• Ability to walk the production floor and respond to time-sensitive requests.
