Summary
We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our operations at Wilbea Medical Equipment. This role is crucial in overseeing branch activities, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence. The Branch Manager will play a key role in advancing our mission to deliver high-quality medical equipment. Compensation will largely be based on management/DME experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Lead and develop a team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve branch revenue goals and expand market presence.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Manage profit and loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Develop strategic plans for business growth and market penetration.
- Coordinate project management efforts for new product launches or initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the medical equipment industry or related field prefered.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development strategies.
- Experience with profit loss management and financial analysis.
- Excellent strategic planning skills with a focus on process improvement.
