Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will engage with individuals, couples, and families, providing comprehensive therapy that addresses various challenges, including but not limited to:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address relationship dynamics and mental health concerns.

• Assisting clients in navigating issues related to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, job stress, and medical issues.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote communication and resolve conflicts.

• Developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their specific needs and goals are prioritized.

• Continuously assessing client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families to enhance understanding of their situations and improve coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
