Quality Inspector

Perform quality inspections and process control activities throughout the manufacturing process Support continuous improvement efforts that strengthen product quality and reduce risks Work with suppliers and procurement teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions Ensure quality compliance during new manufacturing line setups and process changes What are the key skills we are looking for? Quality Control & Inspection — developing level; performing inspections to ensure products meet safety and quality standards Quality in Manufacturing and Distribution — developing level; applying quality processes across production and distribution operations Continuous Improvement — developing level; identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency and reduce defects Problem Solving — developing level; analyzing quality issues and implementing practical solutions Collaboration — developing level; working with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns Customer Orientation — developing level; maintaining focus on delivering quality that meets customer expectations Coaching — developing level; supporting team members in understanding and applying quality standards Stakeholder Management — foundational level; coordinating with suppliers and internal partners on quality matters What qualifications will make you successful? For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $28.00 - $32.00 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
