Job Summary
LeRoy Village Green Residential Healthcare Facility, a premier provider of short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Rehab Unit Manager to join our team. With over 40 years of dedication to providing exceptional care, we are committed to delivering the finest rehabilitation services to our patients. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our rehab unit, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
RN Rehab Unit Manager Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the rehab unit, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and throughput
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, addressing any concerns or questions
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Monitor and analyze unit performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
