Operations Supervisor - Outbound Operations
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 11 AM Start

McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead outbound distribution operations in a fast-paced healthcare distribution center. This frontline leadership role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while developing a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of distribution center associates.
* Direct daily outbound operations to achieve safety, service, quality, and productivity goals.
* Monitor performance metrics and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
* Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to support inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
* 3+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
* Experience leading frontline employees in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF technology, or labor management systems.
* Continuous improvement or Lean experience preferred.
