Director of Operations

A well-established wealth management practice with approximately $15bn AUM is seeking an operations professional to oversee day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and partner closely with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives. This is a highly visible leadership role for an experienced wealth management professional who enjoys building efficient processes, developing teams, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, workflows, and internal processes across the practice. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve consistency and service delivery. Partner with leadership on business growth initiatives, client experience, marketing efforts, and strategic planning. Support financial planning and investment operations while ensuring high-quality client service. Lead hiring, onboarding, employee development, and performance management initiatives. Facilitate team meetings, establish priorities, and drive accountability across the organization. Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, technology providers, facilities, and other third-party partners. Maintain operational controls, compliance standards, and confidentiality of client and firm information. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of wealth management industry experience. Strong understanding of financial planning, investment operations, and wealth management practices. Experience improving operational processes and managing cross-functional workflows. Previous leadership or people management experience preferred. Experience with eMoney, Schwab, or similar wealth management platforms is a plus. Compensation $130,000–$175,000 base salary, plus bonus (commensurate with experience). For an especially impressive candidate stretch to $200,000 base salary isn't out of the question. #J-18808-Ljbffr
