Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18/hr

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care in various ICU units, including neuro, surgical, medical, cardiology, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
• Float between units based on staffing needs and patient acuity, maintaining a high standard of patient safety and care quality
• Manage ventilators, perform telemetry monitoring, and start IVs as required
• Adhere to hospital protocols and nursing standards
• Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records (EPIC)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control policies

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Strong clinical skills including IV starts, telemetry, ventilator management
• Ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity
