Onsite IT Technician — VIP End-User & Exec Support

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Deskside Technician to join their team onsite in New York, NY. Duties and Responsibilities : Provide day-to-day onsite IT support for end users Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues Support Microsoft 365 applications and user accounts Perform workstation deployments, setup, and refreshes Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities Coordinate with remote Service Desk and Engineering teams for escalations Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and asset inventory Deliver white-glove support to executive and VIP users Support network, wireless, and conference room technology as needed Ensure timely ticket updates and adherence to service expectations Skills and Qualifications : Strong desktop support and troubleshooting experience Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi) Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment Professional demeanor with experience supporting executive-level users Strong documentation and organizational skills Wage Range : The rate for this position is between $25.12 - $33.50 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
