ABOUT THE ROLE

Sealcon USA, a wholesale distributor cable management systems, needs an experienced Sage 100 user for a short-term project entering approximately 1,700 sales orders and sales invoices as part of a dedicated team. Hands-on Sage 100 experience is required. We do not have time to train, and candidates without it will not be considered.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of hands-on Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90/200) experience, with recent Sales Order and Sales Invoice entry (Sales Order and Accounts Receivable modules)

• Accounting degree, or equivalent A/R, billing, or order entry experience

• Working knowledge of A/R and invoicing, including how resale and exemption certificates affect sales tax in Sage 100

• Strong data entry speed and accuracy

• Ability to work on-site full time in Centennial, CO for the full assignment

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9 verification required at hire)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter approximately 1,700 sales orders and sales invoices into Sage 100

• Verify customer, item, pricing, terms, and shipping data against source documents

• Confirm the correct tax status (taxable vs. resale/exempt) on each transaction

• Flag discrepancies, missing information, duplicates, or unclear exemption status for review

• Maintain batch controls and reconcile entered totals to source documents

• Report daily progress to the finance lead

PREFERRED

• Experience with data conversions or acquisition-related system loads

• Familiarity with Sage 100 batch processing and import tools

• Prior temporary or project-based accounting experience

• Excel proficiency
