Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies aimed at reaching their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to support enhancements in motor skills, cognition, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic patient care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families in therapy techniques that foster ongoing progress post-therapy.
• Track and Document Patient Progress: Assess clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track toward their goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
