Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, all-encompassing care.

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the path to recovery.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Encouragement for continuing education or advanced certifications.

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
