Duties

Day-to-day execution and administration of pricing, promotions, and vouchers, including thorough quality assurance and audit compliance.

  • Document and maintain process SOPs for the use of commerce systems.
  • Analyze, translate, and use data to generate meaningful insights and support sound business decisions or proposals.
  • Work effectively as a team member and provide support during peak tax seasonalities to manage programs.
  • Understand the end-to-end customer experience, from advertising to in-product and all pricing touch points, to facilitate effective quality control and troubleshooting.
  • Stay connected and involved through all campaigns, price tests, and seasonal changes/updates to enable quick pivots when needed.
  • Proactively identify risks and/or root causes, determine a course of action, and act decisively while balancing speed, agility, and quality.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to consult on strategy, understand objectives, and develop improved ways of achieving outcomes.
  • Promote technology and process improvements by understanding customer needs and recommending automation opportunities through AI.
