Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate measurable objectives and interventional strategies, regularly reviewing progress with clients.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning to assist clients during acute distress, evaluating risk and implementing immediate support strategies.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions and support group meetings to enhance clients' understanding of their conditions and treatment options.
