Job Profile Lot Operations Specialist II Management Level Individual Contributor Flexible Work Option: No remote option; must work at a specified Cox location. Travel %. No Work Shift: Day. Compensation Hourly base pay rate is $15.10 - $22.69/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Job Responsibilities Coordinates Lot Operations activities for an assigned location. Handles vehicle check‑in duties, ensuring that all proper identification stickers and labels are properly affixed to arriving vehicles and entering vehicle identification information into company computer / tracking systems. Conducts periodic scanning of vehicles to verify assigned inventory. Ensures vehicles are placed in proper order for sale. Tags and coordinates movement of disabled vehicles from staging area. Communicates with other units in the auction process to ensure coordinated staging efforts. Enters vehicle data into computer / data management system. Monitors vehicle movement through all processing within assigned quadrant. Conducts lane captain duties for regular, highline, 100 Grander and CCE Sales. Leads any bulk, staging or EV crew as needed and instructed by management. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience. any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience. 5 years of related work experience. Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required. Drug Testing To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
