Plant CI & Lean Excellence Leader
Knowles Corporation
Knowles is seeking a Continuous Improvement/Integration Manager to lead site CI initiatives alongside the Plant Manager. You will drive cost savings, optimize resource use across materials, labor, utilities, and equipment, and coach managers and supervisors to build Lean capabilities. This role partners with multiple functions to sustain a zero-loss culture and measurable improvements.
