Position Overview

Bethel School District is seeking 2 Registered Nurses (RN-BSN) to join its school health services team for the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities
Provide nursing services and health support within the school health room
Assess and respond to student health needs
Administer medications and treatments as required
Develop and maintain student health plans
Monitor and document health concerns and interventions
Collaborate with staff, families, and healthcare providers
Promote student safety, wellness, and access to education
Support emergency response and health-related school initiatives
Required Qualifications
Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) License
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Washington ESA Certification required
Previous pediatric, school-based, or community health experience preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
