Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain cash register balances. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives and create a positive work environment. Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and services. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus. Experience: Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude. Attributes: Customer-oriented, reliable, adaptable, and a team player with a positive outlook. Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
