Legal Billing Specialist

Our client is a prestigious law firm in Manhattan seeking a Billing Specialist for a hybrid role. Law firm experience is required. Responsibilities: Responds promptly and accurately to client inquiries Prepare client invoices, including narrative descriptions, detailed progress, and cost bills Generate both scheduled and ad hoc billing reports Conduct year-end billing analyses Maintain and update information within the billing system Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: 2+ years of legal billing experience Law firm experience is required Adderant or Elite experience required Excellent organizational skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal The annual base salary range is $70k to $100k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
