Astranis designs, builds, and operates its satellites out of its 153,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Northern California, USA.RoleSource and recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.Create scalable strategic sourcing methodology leveraging talent data.Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process.Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative.Mentor and coach recruiters and other team members.Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel, and make recommendations about how to improve our processes.Requirements6+ years experience as a technical recruiter at a fast paced, high growth technology companyMust have a proven record of recruiting top talent for software or hardware focussedProven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipelineAbility to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fieldsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendlinessCreative candidate sourcing techniques and data driven decision makingExceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on taskWhat we offer: All our positions offer a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits. Base pay is just one component of Astranis's total rewards package. Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources.
