What You’ll Do: As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our market presence and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients. This position is ideal for a driven, personable professional who enjoys networking, exploring new opportunities, and representing a trusted construction brand in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Actively network within the construction, development, and business communities. Identify and explore new markets, customers, and project opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis to support future growth strategies. Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and public engagements. Collaborate with leadership and operation teams to align business development efforts with company goals. Track and report business development activities and opportunities. Travel as needed to meet customers, attend events, and support regional growth initiatives. Strong general computer skills with the ability to learn and use business software and digital tools. College education in business development, marketing, business, finance, economics, human resources, or a related field preferred.
