Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Job Types: Full-time Work Location: In person Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits Salary increase after 6 months $250 bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Responsibilities : 1:1 therapy sessions Teach play skills, social skills, and self‑help skills Document session outcomes Provide behavior support within group settings Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) : Completed 40‑hour RBT training course Previous ABA experience preferred Excellent references RBT certification preferred; willing to assist in attaining status Essential Skills and Characteristics : Positive attitude and enthusiasm with children Reliable and dependable Responds well to constructive feedback Team‑oriented problem solver Strong desire to make a difference in a child’s life We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists.
