Business Development Director

Overview We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Director or VP to lead and expand our partnerships with Video Publishers , Platforms , and Ad Tech partners across North America. This is a high-impact role focused on driving adoption of AudioStack’s AI-powered audio production infrastructure within the video advertising ecosystem. You will be responsible for accelerating growth by owning the sales process end-to-end—from prospecting to closing—and playing a key role in scaling AudioStack’s commercial presence in a priority region. This role is fully remote, working independently with support from our senior global commercial leadership. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing Own and drive revenue generation for the North American region, focused on B2B enterprise sales to video publishers, video ad platforms, and adtech vendors. Identify, engage, and close strategic deals with Video Publishers , OTT/CTV Platforms , and Video AdTech partners. Manage the full sales cycle with a consultative approach—from prospecting to deal negotiation to onboarding. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet aggressive growth targets. Build and manage long-term client relationships with senior stakeholders across the video advertising ecosystem. Provide market insights, forecasts, and regular updates to senior commercial leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new client implementations and product innovation. Act as a strategic voice in shaping AudioStack’s positioning in the North American video market. Help scale AudioStack’s brand presence and commercial footprint across key conferences, events, and networks. 5–10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, specifically within the video/digital advertising space (video publishers, CTV/OTT, programmatic video, adtech). Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and consistently achieving sales targets. Deep understanding of the video advertising ecosystem , including publishers, platforms, and monetization models. Extensive network of senior-level contacts across North American video publishers and adtech companies. Strong technical aptitude—comfortable selling and positioning AI-based platform solutions . Experience operating independently in a remote sales role , including pipeline management and forecasting. Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and energized by working in a fast-scaling environment.
