SUMMARY We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with team members while providing exceptional support to high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, accounts payable and accounts receivable. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions, including client write-ups for high-net-worth individuals. Record financial transactions, including cash receipts and disbursements. Perform bank reconciliations and update daily/weekly cash activity reports. Prepare monthly cash flow reports and maintain property tax schedules. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 4-5 years of full charge bookkeeping experience Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for managing financial transactions accurately. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a must, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets. Must have a solid understanding of accounting principles Must be familiar with basic accounting software and be able to perform simple calculations to ensure accuracy in financial records Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and high-net-worth clients. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload. Basic computer skills are required; additional technical savvy is a bonus but not mandatory.
