Sales Development Representative (SDR) Insurance Agency (In-Office)

Job Description

Were growing and looking for a passionate, driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our insurance agency team. If youre someone who thrives on connecting with people, generating opportunities, and being part of a high-energy environment, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your main responsibility is to generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and help drive new business for our agency.

What Youll Do

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
Qualify prospects and identify customer needs
Schedule appointments for licensed agents
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates

Requirements

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Positive attitude and high energy
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable with high call volume
Ability to work in a team environment (office)
