Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, addressing a variety of mental health issues.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Insightful Compassionate Healing Center primarily serves individuals and families grappling with limited access to mental health care. Our diverse client population includes those suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other psychological concerns. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will take an empathetic and personalized approach to understanding each client’s unique circumstances, creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the relevant state.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in individual and group counseling settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time Licensed Professional Counselor position offers a competitive salary that ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide a sign-on bonus to newly hired LPCs to welcome them to our team.
