Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children's developmental needs, utilizing standardized tools and observation methods.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring personalized support for each child.

• Monitor progress and outcomes through regular follow-ups and data analysis, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet each child's evolving needs.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them navigate resources and strategies that foster a conducive learning environment for their children.

• Stay current with all federal and state regulations governing child welfare and intervention programs, ensuring compliance in all practices.

• Build rapport with children and families, creating a safe and trusting atmosphere conducive to growth and learning.

• Administer assessments sensitively, ensuring that each child's unique context is taken into account during evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is young children, particularly babies and toddlers with disabilities or delays in development. The LCSW will engage closely with families, offering guidance and support as they navigate early intervention strategies. This engagement is vital, as the early years are critical for a child's growth and development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required, with an active LCSW license recognized by the Texas Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
