Business Development Associate

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, target, and qualify potential clients via cold outreach, strategic networking, and inbound lead follow-up. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in our CRM, tracking all interactions from initial contact through to closing. Discovery & Pitching: Conduct discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points, deliver tailored sales presentations, and demonstrate product/service value. Proposal & Closing: Draft custom proposals, negotiate terms, address objections, and finalize commercial agreements. Sales Strategy & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal leadership to refine outreach messaging, optimize conversion rates, and map industry trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Strong self-management, persistence, and focus on quota attainment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spherion Northwest Ohio
