CyberArk Migration Lead

Position: CyberArk Migration Lead

Location: Remote

Duration: 3+ month contract; Potential for extension

Overview:

Our client in the banking industry is seeking a Lead to support the consolidation of one entity's CyberArk instance into another entity's Cyberark instance by planning, executing, validating, and documenting the migration of privileged accounts, safes, platforms, and integrations while ensuring security, compliance, and minimal business disruption. Direct interaction with the Cyber Operations team in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess source and target CyberArk environments and develop migration strategy.
• Migrate privileged accounts, safes, platforms, policies, and permissions.
• Reconfigure and validate CPM, PVWA, PSM, and other CyberArk components.
• Update integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID, servers, databases, and applications.
• Execute migration testing, cutover, and post-migration validation.
• Develop migration documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support during stabilization.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience with CyberArk PAM administration and engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk migrations or environment consolidations.
• Strong knowledge of EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and CyberArk REST APIs.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, PowerShell, and enterprise authentication.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish

Success Criteria:

• The key skills will be PAM domain knowledge and hands-on CyberArk technical experience.
• Successful migration of privileged accounts and configurations with no critical service disruption.
• Validation of password management, session management, and access controls.
• Complete documentation, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer.
