A night on the floor: your 3rd shift snapshot

As an experienced Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician on our 3rd shift team, you keep production moving. You work independently, diagnose problems quickly, and restore equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your focus: dependable uptime for both facility systems and production machinery.

What you'll take on

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production lines to sustain reliable operations.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and OEM manuals to guide diagnostics and repairs.
• Respond rapidly to unplanned downtime and complete fixes with minimal disruption to output.
• Plan, perform, and schedule preventive maintenance activities to reduce future failures.
• Contribute to new equipment launches and drive process and continuous improvement efforts.
• Diagnose and repair machine controls and related electrical systems.
• Source replacement parts with a balanced eye on cost, lead time, and quality.
• Coordinate repairs with equipment manufacturers and service partners when needed.
• Reassemble machinery after service and verify correct functionality before release to production.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment logs, and repair documentation.
• Install and replace machine components to meet production specifications.
• Support facility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, dust collection, and ventilation.
• Repair and reroute facility utilities such as electrical, air, and water lines.
• Service shop equipment and hand tools as issues arise.
• Assist in building, modifying, or rebuilding production equipment to meet evolving needs.

What you bring

• Proven skill in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Solid basic math skills.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance tasks.
