This role gives you international tax + transfer pricing + provision + projects in one position.

\n

\n

You’ll work across EMEA, APAC, Canada, LATAM and the U.S. , with enough autonomy to build your judgment and enough support to keep developing.

\n

\n

From day one, you’ll be working with:

• International tax and provision calculations
\n
• Transfer pricing
\n
• GILTI, FDII and foreign tax credits
\n
• Forms 5471 and 8858
\n
• Ad hoc international tax projects
\n
• Global tax and finance teams
\n

\n

\n

This is a strong fit for someone with 3+ years of meaningful international tax experience who has built the technical foundation and is ready for broader exposure.

\n

\n

You do not need to know everything on day one.

\n

\n

You do need to be comfortable working through established calculations, analyzing transfer pricing, identifying issues and knowing when to ask the right questions.

\n

\n

Ideal background:

\n

\n
• 3+ years of international tax experience
\n
• Multinational corporate tax experience strongly preferred
\n
• Hands-on international/provision calculations
\n
• Hands-on transfer pricing
\n
• GILTI, FDII, FTC, 5471 and 8858
\n
• Strong communication across global teams
\n
• CPA or in-process preferred, not required
\n
• Ability to work 3 days onsite in the Chicago area
