Responsibilities Ensure commitments are completed accurately, delivered w/ high quality in a timely manner. Conduct req analysis for Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives. Create the mapping doc & integrate data from various sources. Ensure accuracy & completeness in BI datasets. Define the finance metrics & KPIs. Apply finance analysis principles to ensure the relevance & effectiveness of metrics for decision-making. Collaborate w/ users & provide training on utilizing BI tools. Ensure effective user engagement & adoption of BI solutions. Understand project scope, objectives & stakeholder expectations & document data requirements, assess data quality issues. Identify areas for improvement. Ensure alignment w/ project objectives & organizational goals & identify areas where tasks may encounter challenges. Apply BI planning tools to set objectives, make informed decisions, & implement corrective actions to enhance the efficiency of BI processes. Set objectives for issue resolution, implement corrective actions, & ensure tasks align w/ business goals. Communicate issue resolutions clearly, make data-driven decisions, & update stakeholders on task progress. Identify opportunities for improvement. Assess & refine BI & task processes, ensuring long-term efficiency & effectiveness in data-driven decision-making. Understand client needs & existing data structures. Gather requirements & align internal resources for effective problem resolution. Identify, assess, & mitigate potential risks. Conduct thorough analyses, determine root causes, & propose effective solutions. Facilitate brainstorming sessions, foster collaborate w/ clients & internal partners, & develop mutually beneficial solutions. Update stakeholders on progress, communicate identified solutions, & ensure transparency in the process. Visualize & represent data entities, relationships, & attributes. Create efficient & scalable DB architectures. Enhance data integrity & system performance. Provide techno-functional solutions that bridge the gap between technical & business requirements. Maintain & enforce project timeframes to deliver tasks on schedule. Ensure everyone is aware of project timelines & milestones. Allocate resources ensuring optimal project outcomes w/n specified timelines. Ensure accurate forecasting & risk assessment. Create clear & comprehensive specs for the designed database. Validate & test the designed DB against specified requirements. Ensure the DB design aligns w/ industry standards & best practices. Conduct in-depth analysis sessions to gather & define functional requirements. Implement project management methodologies to create detailed design documentation, ensuring alignment w/ industry best practices. Ensure reliability, scalability, & performance of the project. Design & implement effective continuous integration strategies. Ensure seamless integration of code changes, automated testing, & version control. Employ monitoring tools & techniques to establish a robust system for tracking deployment metrics & performance indicators. Generate comprehensive reports, providing insights into the success & efficiency of the continuous integration & deployment processes. Assess the feasibility & financial implications of project requirements. Break down high-level project requirements into detailed, actionable tasks that align w/ budget & financial goals. Create efficient workflows & allocate tasks based on team members' strengths & project requirements. Document financial implications associated w/ specific project requirements, ensuring transparent communication w/ both technical & non-technical stakeholders. Develop contingency plans & mitigation measures, ensuring that the project remains on track despite potential challenges. Design & implement robust quality standards. Establish clear quality benchmarks, ensuring that the project adheres to industry best practices & meets customer expectations. Align quality standards w/ the structure & efficiency of the DB management system. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or related fields. 5 years of experience in job offered or in related occupations Senior Analyst (Project Lead), Project Leader, Team Lead, Senior Executive, Executive, Software Developer, Software Engineer, Computer Programmer or related. Duties entail work with T-SQL, SLQ Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Crystal Reports, MDX/DAX queries and Microsoft SQL Server. Travel to client sites within the US may be required. $117,975.00/year.
