Automotive Service Advisor

About the Role West Coast Toyota, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a Service Advisor who aligns with our core values and acts with respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork. Responsibilities Greet all customers promptly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate. Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner. Answer customer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry. Review all completed work and recommendations, collect payments from customers. Maintain proficient knowledge of Dealer Management System (DMS) and essential software to look up customer service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage information. Provide excellent service and review the customer satisfaction survey with each customer. Desired Qualifications Friendly, cooperative demeanor, quick to connect and build relationships with others. Unselfish and approachable with a preference for exciting, fast‑paced work. Motivated, patient, conscientious, relaxed, and cooperative team worker. Accommodating and analytical, while producing highly precise and accurate work. Proficiency in DMS and related software.
