About the Role
This is a founding go-to-market hire at an early-stage AI customer support automation startup. You'll help shape how the company reaches and converts its core market of fast-moving software companies — and your work will directly influence the trajectory of the business.
What You'll Do
Own and drive commercial outcomes across sales, partnerships, or growth — defining what GTM looks like at this stage.
Identify, engage, and close customers in the AI-native software space.
Build repeatable processes and playbooks from the ground up as the first dedicated GTM hire.
Work closely with the founding team to translate customer feedback into product and positioning insights.
What We're Looking For
A track record of commercial excellence — you've driven real revenue or growth outcomes, regardless of years of experience.
0–5 years of experience in a sales, growth, partnerships, or GTM role, ideally at an early-stage B2B SaaS or AI company.
Genuine hunger to build — you're energised by ambiguity and want to own your domain end-to-end.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; you're as comfortable talking to a CX team lead as to a VP of Engineering.
Familiarity with the AI/ML or customer support tooling landscape is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 USD annually
