Assist with collecting, reviewing, and evaluating all data pertinent to the patient's medical and surgical history, considering the planned procedure. Maintain a safe environment and respond appropriately to emergencies and safety hazards. Prepare and administer medications and fluids in accordance with accepted standards of safe practice. Support by maintaining constant vigilance with ongoing assessment of airway, depth of anesthesia, fluid status, and physiological response to ensure patient safety. Help complete all required documentation: the surgical safety checklist, pre‑operative assessment, intra‑operative anesthetic record, and transfer‑of‑care note. Log incident reporting in the computerized Safety Portal. Perform other duties as assigned. Education Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
