Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Minnesota state license or ability to obtain an active Minnesota license prior to the assignment start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required). Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience. Experience with restorative nursing programs and documentation in long‑term care.
