Position Overview

This role involves supporting staffing across multiple facilities in Corvallis, Albany, and Lebanon. The ideal candidate will possess flexibility to float between hospitals, with a primary site being prioritized for most of the contract. Schedules may vary, including primarily weekend shifts or minimal weekend requirements. This position is perfect for adaptable professionals who thrive in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in labor management, delivery, and postpartum care for mothers and newborns.
• Float between various healthcare facilities as needed based on staffing requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic and adhere to all healthcare provider protocols.
• Utilize personal transportation to travel for work assignments at multiple points of care.

Experience and Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification is required.
• AHA ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Preferred certifications include Fetal Monitoring Certification and STABLE.
• Minimum of 2 years of labor experience is required, including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care.
• Verification of a high school diploma or equivalent is required due to established testing compliance.
• Epic proficiency is mandatory.
