Product Owner – Customer Service & Case Management
Rootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc. is a recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US. We are actively seeking a Product Owner – Customer Service & Case Management for one of our clients.
Location: Remote
Job Summary
- Lead the design and optimization of customer service and case management processes using Service Cloud best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and maximize business value.
- Own and maintain the product backlog by defining, refining, and prioritizing user stories.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions from concept through production release.
- Monitor product performance, resolve delivery risks, and ensure continuous process improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and successful product adoption.
