I'm partnering with a highly respected Pacific Northwest law firm to identify a mid-level Real Estate Finance Associate to join its nationally recognized lending and real estate practice.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated transactional work, values direct client interaction, and wants to build a long-term practice representing commercial lenders on complex financing transactions.

What You'll Do

• Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial loan documents
• Advise lenders on real estate-secured financing transactions
• Manage transactions from origination through closing
• Review and analyze title insurance matters
• Coordinate with borrowers, title companies, and opposing counsel
• Build trusted relationships with institutional lending clients
• Collaborate closely with experienced partners and attorneys on complex transactions

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4+ years of transactional real estate finance experience
• Experience representing lenders in commercial financing transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and closing skills
• Understanding of title insurance and real estate collateral issues
• Experience with West Coast transactions is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and client-service mindset
