Job Summary:

Position Title: Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerks

Location: lbany, NY 12205

Duration: 7 weeks

Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Process high-volume tax payments accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Verify payment checks, batch tax payment stubs, and perform data entry and record updates.
• Prepare bank deposits, print receipts, and reconcile daily batch reports.
• Follow written procedures, maintain accuracy, and meet daily processing deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in data entry, payment processing, banking, cashiering, or clerical support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency using an adding machine with tape preferred.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow written instructions and ask questions when needed.
