Job Description:

InGenesis is currently seeking Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerks to work with our client in Albany, NY . In this role, you will be working at the Capital Region BOCES.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirming checks are filled out correctly/completely
• Grouping tax bill payment stubs and payment checks
• Data lookups
• Data entry
• Processing tax payments
• Preparing bank deposits
• Printing of receipts
• Reconciling bank deposits to batch reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency using an adding machine with tape.
• Ability to work in a faced paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Reliable transportation is required.

*Pay rate range commensurate on experience.
