Lead Receptionist / Operations Coordinator
Location: Long Island City, NY (Fully Onsite)
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lead Receptionist / Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced operations team. This role serves as the central point of contact for employees, supervisors, and clients, managing high-volume calls, staffing requests, scheduling, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls and emails
- Coordinate daily staffing assignments and schedule coverage
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and supervisors
- Track attendance, employee schedules, and staffing needs
- Resolve timekeeping and payroll-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and operational reports
- Support onboarding and employee administration
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish required
- 3+ years of experience in a call center, customer service, dispatch, reception, or operations environment
- Leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
