This is an additional Outside Sales Representative position supporting an established market with existing dealer relationships and a loyal contractor base already familiar with the Techo-Bloc name. You won't be starting from zero: you'll be stepping into a region with real momentum, and your job is to help us capture the next phase of growth, including expanding our reach into South Dakota. Job Description What You'll Do Own and execute a territory growth strategy Grow relationships with contractors and dealers across the Twin Cities Metro Expand Techo-Bloc's presence into South Dakota Generate new business and expand existing accounts Educate contractors and drive demand through our dealer network Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events Monitor market trends and competitive activity Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows, lunch & learns, and dealer events Use CRM and data to manage your pipeline and prioritize opportunities Qualifications What We're Looking For Proven B2B field sales experience; hardscape, landscaping, building materials, or dealer-network experience is an asset Strong track record of building relationships and growing revenue Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable owning a territory Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with CRM and data-driven sales processes Valid driver's license and willingness to travel and be in the field with customers Additional Information Why This Territory: This is the best of both worlds: an established market with real infrastructure and brand recognition already in place, plus meaningful whitespace to grow — especially as we extend into South Dakota.
