Location: Savage, MN

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 + Bonus Potential

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

MagTech is currently hiring an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative for a client in the Granite Falls, MN area. This position will support customers throughout the full repair and parts sales process while working closely with Account Managers, technicians, purchasing, estimating, and other internal departments.

Compensation & Bonus

• Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
• Quarterly Bonus: Target of $1,500 per quarter / $6,000 annually
• Opportunity for quarterly bonus payouts to increase significantly when performance exceeds plan
• Additional $100 monthly cash bonus when company-wide monthly goals are achieved

Position Overview

The Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative will manage customer requests involving both industrial equipment repairs and new/MRO parts sales . This position will take repair orders from initial receipt through the quoting and customer approval process while also assisting customers with new parts, replacement parts, product information, and SKU identification.

The Inside Sales Representative will typically be aligned with 1–2 Account Managers and will help manage customer needs within their assigned territories. The Granite Falls operation supports customers throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair orders from initial receipt through quoting, customer approval, and internal processing.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians after equipment is received, torn down, inspected, and tested.
• Work with Purchasing and Estimating to obtain parts costs, labor requirements, and repair pricing.
• Communicate completed repair quotes and recommendations back to customers.
• Process and respond to customer RFQs through the company's internal system.
• Handle inbound requests for new parts, replacement parts, and MRO supplies.
• Assist customers with identifying correct products, part numbers, and SKUs.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer, order, quote, and repair information.
• Partner closely with assigned Account Managers to support customer and territory needs.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and a strong sense of urgency on open requests.
• Use internal enterprise and repair/quoting software to track orders and customer activity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, parts sales, service coordination, or a similar role .
• Experience working with mechanical, automotive, industrial, equipment, or repair-related products strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where timely customer follow-up is critical.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with parts terminology is helpful but not required; product-specific knowledge can be taught.
